Pre-Order Policy

Some SOVEN products may be offered on a pre-order basis. This means the item is not yet in stock but is available for purchase in advance to secure your order from an upcoming production run.

Shipping Timeline

Pre-order items are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary slightly due to production or shipping delays.

Order Processing

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once the product becomes available. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise specified.

Updates & Tracking

You will receive email updates regarding your order status, including confirmation once your order has shipped along with tracking information.

Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before the order has shipped. Once the order has been processed for shipment, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, unforeseen delays can occur. If there are any significant changes to your order timeline, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.
