Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your SOVENs. If something's off, we'll make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed pairs in original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@sovensocks.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective pair, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Just email us with a photo and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or washed socks
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately.
