At SOVEN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, used, or opened.
Returns
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sovensocks.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy above.
